the Livermore Woman’s Club
OUR MOTTO: WOMAN IS POWER
NUTS AND BOLTS
Membership: The LWC is a 501(c)(3) organization open to
all who share its goals and is not limited to residents of
Livermore or even to residents of Colorado. We have two
categories of membership, voting and supporting. Members
in both categories pay dues of $10.00/year and are welcome
to participate in any and all LWC activities. Voting members
are expected to inform themselves about issues that require a
vote, and our quorum is based on the number of members in
this category. Members who choose to be supporting
members do not vote. When you join, please indicate which
category you prefer. Joining our historic club is simple.

Our Executive Board: The Executive Board is our
governing body and consists of our president, vice
president, secretary, treasurer, past president, webmas-
ter and member-at-large. Officers are elected by voting
members and serve a minimum of two years. These
women provide leadership to our Club, and we very
much appreciate their service. Our Board is charged
with the duty of taking action on time-sensitive issues
and of enacting changes and making decisions pertain-
ing to the legal and financial operation of the Club.
