Our Executive Board: The Executive Board is our

governing body and consists of our president, vice

president, secretary, treasurer, past president, webmas-

ter and member-at-large. Officers are elected by voting

members and serve a minimum of two years. These

women provide leadership to our Club, and we very

much appreciate their service. Our Board is charged

with the duty of taking action on time-sensitive issues

and of enacting changes and making decisions pertain-

ing to the legal and financial operation of the Club.

Membership: The LWC is a 501(c)(3) organization open to all who share its goals and is not limited to residents of Livermore or even to residents of Colorado. We have two categories of membership, voting and supporting. Members in both categories pay dues of $10.00/year and are welcome to participate in any and all LWC activities. Voting members are expected to inform themselves about issues that require a vote, and our quorum is based on the number of members in this category. Members who choose to be supporting members do not vote. When you join, please indicate which category you prefer.
